Yay! 0 I have recently started a new blog that is completely independent from all my other sites as it runs wordpress blogging software. It's coding + ranting oriented so should that be of any interest the url is: lazy.nu and the title is Lazy coder (that's me!) Posted by: Peter, at: 2012-01-23 09:43. Yay! 2 I tried to make the fight game a bit more visually stunning, and the
fight page wasn't quite so exciting and especially if you have a
cellphone to manage to hit random combat button you had to zoom in a lot
to be able to hit the right one. This is what the Fight command buttons look like now. ![]() Or if you have MSIE 9 due to HTML engine limitations: ![]() This has been tested on Android, and should work on iPhone too considering it's entirely free of Flash or similar, it just uses HTML, CSS and Javascript. The selection screen looks like this (Image reused from Da Mul): ![]() Posted by: Peter, at: 2011-11-19 07:57. Yay! 2 Lately I've been cleaning off all that Facebook code (except their Like! button in the social box) that was still remaining in the system, while doing so I thought how hard can it be to make a similar system to their Like button, it can be quite useful. So I took that thought and made the Yay! button, it works pretty much the same way just it's local to this site only, while the tech behind it is quite capable of indexing pretty much any page on the net currently. Also I made it possible to make it into a Text-only link that works the same way as the graphical button does. Posted by: Peter, at: 2011-10-02 17:50. Yay! 3 Lately I've been getting a lot of Indie games, and the games are in really good quality. And right now and for a bit less than 2 weeks ahead you can buy something called the Humble Bundle, I paid a whopping $7 for my games but you set the amount, currently at the writing of this post the average was $4.51 paid and if you pay above the average you get a bonus that includes some additional games. The Bundle also includes source code for the games, Soundtracks and then level editors etc. You also get codes to add them to steam (which you can import to your game list here) and others. You decide where the money goes, I decided to go with the default setting, that includes developers get their share, EFF which is good for online freedom gets a piece, so does a charity for supplying fun to kids in need, and finally a smaller share to the ones hosting the website. Link to Humble Bundle here. Posted by: Peter, at: 2011-09-29 21:10. You must be logged in to comment. 1 Seems like a good idea to market yourself there, and show people what you know.
